The Bakehouse 'Sweet Shop' cookie is without doubt our best selling cookie. So I thought I'd share the recipe with you so you can try it out for yourself. It's a fairly involved cookie recipe with quite a few delicious ingredients, but if you want the best cookie then you've got to put in the effort! They make really great cookie gift boxes or a cookie hamper to give to family, friends or colleagues and who wouldn't be delighted with a cookie delivery?!
