Of course we all understand that cookies and brownies are not essential food stuffs, but judging by the many messages and emails thanking us for remaining open, it's a really important way for you all to keep connected to your loved ones.  

Deliveries 

Royal Mail are currently still delivering, although there may be disruption in the weeks and months ahead. Delays may occur with deliveries to some areas.

"We are working hard with Royal Mail to continue to keep the UK's mail moving in unprecedented times. Despite our best endeavours, we continue to experience unplanned Post Office Branch closures or reduced opening hours due to coronavirus-related absences. Additionally, some areas of the country will experience a reduction in delivery service levels. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and ask that you please bear with us."

*update - next day deliveries are still running but with the guaranteed by 1pm omitted. Royal Mail continue to prioritise special deliveries. 

Pre Orders

Update 12.6.2020 - preordering has reopened. 

We've had to make some temporary changes to our daily operations. These include not taking pre orders and reducing the product offering to streamline our systems so everyone can get their orders in a reasonable time frame.

Subscriptions 

Subscriptions remain under constant review but may be subject to a pause if we temporarily close. We'll of course keep you updated and will try and give you as much notice as we can.
